| SYNOPSIS |
We visited Casino Pier on the third day of a 5 day
trip in early August 2002. On that day we started in NYC, and made
our way down the Jersey coast. Casino Pier was our last stop for
the day. The atmosphere along the boardwalk was truly great on a
summer evening. Being able to ride and just hang out right on the
ocean is a ton of fun. We only had a few hours at the pier and it
was late in the day as the sun was setting. It made for a fun experience.
Casino Pier is the home to 4 coasters and a collection of great
flat rides and it's just a short distance down the shore from MTV's
summer beach house. I'll definitely go back (and hopefully stay
longer) if the chance ever comes up. |
