There are two basic kinds of amusement parks. Some
feel huge, with excellent atmosphere, a true getaway experience.
Others are small and homey with a real local, hometown park vibe.
DelGrosso's Amusement Park somehow managed to pull both off simultaneously.
It was a small, local park in location, size and ride selection,
yet the way it was presented made it feel like a lot more. A weird
hybrid that gave the best of both worlds. Exactly the type of place
to blow a summer's day if nearby, but certainly somewhere to seek
out for a day of fun. I can't describe it any better than that.
We really liked the park and their employees have to rank up there
among the best - friendly, courteous and helpful. DelGrosso's also
has a water park that offers a good deal of fun for a park of its
size. Most certainly worth a stop if in the area and probably even
worth a drive if you're not! |
