Dutch Wonderland is one of the nicest "small
parks" we've visited. Just a nice place to spend the day in
general. The Sky Princess is a fun woodie (the first CCI installation)
and Joust is a good ride for beginners or smaller riders. The crew
working the bumper cars the day we visited was one of the best anywhere,
encouraging riders, starting rivalries, and "calling"
the action not unlike announcers at a pro wrestling event. I probably
spent more time that day on the bumper cars than any other ride.
If you're ever planning a trip to the Hershey area, you should seriously
consider a side trip to Dutch Wonderland. |
