| SYNOPSIS |
I
really started getting into the amusement park thing in 1999. We
had just moved to Florida and my interest was peaking - I was becoming
an enthusiast. I had read a lot about this new park opening in Orlando
and how great the theming and rides were. We made our first visit
to Islands Of Adventure in late 1999 - I've been back several times
since. In fact IOA is third on my list of parks I've visited the
most. It really is a great place with some outstanding rides. Dueling
Dragons is a great inverted coaster that delivers beyond the whole
"dueling" gimmick. Hulk is a powerful ride with a nice launch. Spiderman
is one of the (if not THE) greatest ride ever created. I could go
on and on about the rides but I don't have the space. The theming
is the most detailed and meticulous anywhere - stunning most of
the time and entertaining all the time. If you visit Orlando and
don't stop at Islands Of Adventure, you're missing out on one of
the best experiences around. |
