Everytime we plan a park trip I'm always sure to
check for smaller parks and attractions along the beaten path to
check out. We planned on a trip to sample some Canadian parks in
August of 2004. Doing my usual research, I stumbled across info
for Wild Water & Wheels. It wasn't anywhere near the beaten
path. In fact, a stop there would add an unnecessary 180 miles to
our trip. 180 miles for a small, rural Canadian Family Entertainment
Center? Well, it was the coaster sitting there that had me hooked.
One of only 5 Bailey Auto Sleds ever installed and one of only two
remaining in operation in the world. How can you pass that kind
of fun up? WW&W offers a few other attractions beyond this rare
coaster (mini-golf, go karts, batting cages, a couple water slides),
so if you ever find yourself in the Great White North with time
to kill, go check it out. Crazy stuff. |
