When Timberland Twister was added to Camp Snoopy it was the first new coaster installation at the park in 9 years. It was the first Gerstlauer spinning coaster to open and the twisted layout lent itself perfectly to the limited space available at Camp Snoopy.
Timberland Twister is a great ride for all types of riders, somehow delivering enough thrills for the thrillseekers, yet at the same time being laid back enough for the more timid. Either way you slice it, it’s still a very fun ride.
Check out some of the footage of unbalanced cars just spinning wildly as they zip around the layout and you’ll get an idea of how over-the-top this coaster can be under the right conditions.
If you haven’t been to the Mall Of America in a while, then be sure to give this one a try next time out.
